Labor pricing only. Materials and fixtures are generally additional. Minimum service charge: $300. Hourly rate for work not covered by the listed services: $300/hour.

Kitchen Sinks
Remove existing faucet and install new compatible faucet.
Remove existing faucet and install new compatible electronic faucet.
Remove existing angle stop, install new compatible 1/4-turn angle stop, and reconnect fixture.
Remove existing angle stop, install new compatible 1/4-turn angle stop, and reconnect fixture.
Includes garbage disposal installation with minor drainage-pipe alterations such as replacing nuts and washers.
Typically applies when the work involves more than a simple p-trap replacement.
Includes under-sink installation and connection to the kitchen sink faucet.
Includes under-sink installation and connection to dispenser.
Includes installation with angle-stop connection, water-supply line, drainage line to air gap, and drainage branch tailpiece.
Includes opening the wall and exposing the waste-arm tee, cutting out and lowering the tee, and repiping the kitchen-sink drain lines to the new tee location.
Bathroom Sinks
Basic installation includes removal of the existing faucet and installation of a new compatible faucet. If the old faucet is rusted on, typically add another $150.

Toilets
Basic installation includes removal and disposal of the existing toilet and assembly and installation of a new compatible toilet with wax ring and seat.
Large-item pickup, delivery, and handling.
Remove toilet, replace wax ring, reset toilet, test, and caulk. Add $150 to repair a low toilet flange.
Replace toilet angle-stop valve and supply line.
Replace toilet fill valve.
Replace toilet flapper.
Replace toilet flush valve.
Remove the existing tank-to-bowl connection and install a new gasket and bolts.
Remove the existing toilet seat if needed and install a standard bidet seat.
Tubs & Showers
Basic installation includes removal of the existing shower head and installation of a new shower head.
Basic installation includes removal of the existing tub spout and installation of a new compatible tub spout.
Remove existing shower trim and cartridge, replace with a new compatible shower cartridge, and replace trim.
Install shower valve cover plate and controls.
Connect shower valve body to hot and cold water piping inlets and piping to tub spout and shower head, and install cartridge.
Remove existing tub waste and overflow pipes and replace.
Remove existing tub / shower p-trap and replace.
Water Heaters
Installation includes a new tankless water heater with applicable vent, gas, and water piping. Electrical work is not included.
Includes removal of the existing water heater and installation of a new code-compliant 40-gallon gas-fired water heater.
Estimates start at $4,000 and require an in-person or video consultation.
Install a new tee and piping with an attached expansion tank on the cold-water inlet side of the water heater.
Replace a faulty gas control valve on a tank water heater.
